Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stwayfx.online (the "Website") and your purchase and use of Lumeloom, an Adobe After Effects VFX pack. The Website and Lumeloom are operated and sold by StwayFX, run by an independent professional video editor ("StwayFX", "we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing or using Lumeloom you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

Lumeloom is a digital product consisting of ready-to-use visual effects and related assets designed for use inside Adobe After Effects (the "Product"). The Product is delivered as a digital download. No physical goods are shipped.

To use the Product you need your own licensed copy of Adobe After Effects, which is not included and is sold separately by Adobe. You are responsible for making sure your software and hardware can run After Effects and the Product.

2. Purchases and pricing

  • Lumeloom is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • A purchase is complete once your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation and download link at the email address you provide.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been paid for.

3. Delivery

Access to the Product is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, through a download link sent to your email address. If you do not receive your link within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then contact us at .

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Lumeloom is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access is provided.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with similar rules, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. Under those rules, that right ends once the supply of digital content has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right. Because Lumeloom is made available immediately, all sales are final once access has been provided, except as described below.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the Product is faulty, does not work as described, or cannot be downloaded, contact us at within a reasonable time. We will fix the problem or provide a working replacement, and if we cannot, we will refund your purchase.

5. License

When you buy Lumeloom, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product under these Terms. The license is for one individual user, the purchaser.

You may

  • Use the Product in an unlimited number of personal and commercial video projects.
  • Use the Product in work you create for clients.
  • Modify and customize the effects in any way within your projects.
  • Publish, broadcast and distribute the finished, rendered videos that contain the effects on any platform, including social media, YouTube, advertising and streaming services.

You may not

  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the Product or any of its files, in original or modified form, as standalone files.
  • Include the Product's files, or modified versions of them, in any template, preset, asset pack, plugin or other product that you sell or distribute.
  • Upload the Product's source files to any file-sharing service, marketplace or public repository.
  • Share your copy or your download link with other people. Each additional user needs their own license.
  • Claim the Product, or any part of it, as your own original work.

Handing a client a project file that contains the Product for the sole purpose of completing work you produced for them is permitted, provided the client does not extract, reuse or redistribute the Product's assets outside that project.

6. Intellectual property

The Product, the Website and all related content, including the StwayFX and Lumeloom names and logos, are owned by StwayFX and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Apart from the license granted in section 5, no rights are transferred to you. Adobe and After Effects are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries. StwayFX and Lumeloom are not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

7. Updates

We may release updates or improvements to the Product at our discretion. We are not obliged to provide updates, new effects or compatibility with future versions of After Effects, except where the law requires us to keep digital content in conformity.

8. Termination of license

If you breach the license terms in section 5, your license ends automatically and you must stop using the Product and delete all copies. Finished videos lawfully published before the breach are not affected.

9. Warranties and liability

We make every effort to ensure the Product works as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Product is otherwise provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or project delays, and our total liability in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last changed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which StwayFX is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
